| How do I change the (temporary) password for my e-mail account? |
- Open up a Web browser (i.e. Internet Explorer)
- Type "http://mail.[yourdomain].com" or "http://mail.highlandtech.net" in the address box
- Log in with your e-mail address as the username and your (temporary) password
- Click on "Settings"
- At the bottom of the settings page, click on "Account Settings"
- Enter your new password in the "Password" field
- Retype your new password in the "Confirmed Password" field
- Leave other settings as is
- Click "Save Changes"
- Click "Log out"
- You're all set!

| How do I set up my e-mail in Outlook Express? |
- Start Outlook Express
- Go to Tools -> Accounts
- On the Mail Tab, click Add -> Mail
- Enter Display Name, this could be your name or your company name. Click Next
- Choose "I already have an e-mail address" and enter your email address. Click Next
- Select POP3 if it is not already selected
- Enter Incoming Mail Server (POP3) as mail.your_domain_name.com
- Enter Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) as mail.your_isp.com. Click Next
- Enter your full e-mail address as the account name (i.e. info@yourdomain.com)
- Enter your password
- Do not check "Log on using secure password authentication". Click Next
- Click Finish
Optional:
- Click on the account you just created and click "Properties" (right-hand side)
- In the "General" Tab, replace "mail.your_domain_name.com" with a more user-friendly name to distinguish this account from other e-mail accounts.
- Click OK
- You're all set!

| Yes you can! You can access your e-mail through WEBMail. Open up a web browser and type "http://mail.[yourdomain].com" or "http://mail.highlandtech.net". Log in with your e-mail address and password. There you go! |
